New Hampton is located in Belknap County, New Hampshire. It is situated 35 minutes from Concord, 45 minutes from Manchester and two hours from Boston.
Several bodies of water are located within New Hampton’s boundaries, including Jackson Pond, Lake Waukewan, Lake Winona, Sky Pond and the Pemigewasset River. New Hampton is home to George Duncan State Forest and to the New Hampton School, a private preparatory school which was established in 1821.
